01 About this policy
This privacy policy (“Policy”) for My Frequent Rewards is posted by Frequent Research Fieldwork Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Frequent Research”, “we”, “us”). It governs the use of our websites, including www.frequentresearch.com and www.myfrequentrewards.com, and our collection and use of personal information through the Site, our communications and survey research under the My Frequent Rewards or “Survey Surfing” brand names.
It describes (1) how we collect, use, transfer and store information about individuals (“you”); (2) your choices regarding your personal information; and (3) how we protect your privacy. Other Frequent Research products, such as the Insights platform, may be governed by separate policies.
We make the Site, including this Policy, accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you have trouble accessing it, please contact us. By using the Site or taking part in My Frequent Rewards or Survey Surfing research, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or take part in such research.
02 Notice to survey respondents
Your participation in any survey or market research programme is completely voluntary, and our use of your personal information is carried out with your consent. We may collect personal information directly from you, or receive it from partners we collaborate with who have obtained your consent.
Information provided through the Survey Surfing website may be used to direct respondents to third-party surveys and, in some cases, to invite them to join the MyFrequentRewards community.
Where you join us through a partner research community, your direct relationship is with that partner, which decides how your information is processed; we process it only at their request. Surveys run by our clients, partners or other third parties are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. However, personal information that we collect in connection with such surveys remains subject to this Policy.
03 Information we collect
We may combine information your device transmits, information you submit and information we obtain from third-party sources, such as suppliers of market research sample, data marketing platforms, web publishers and advertisers who obtained it through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
- Names, email addresses and phone numbers you give us through the Site or direct communication.
- Log files: IP address, browser type and language, ISP, date and time of request, operating system, referring/exit pages, clickstream data and plug-ins.
- Browsing information: when you visited, pages viewed, time spent on each page, and sites visited before or after a survey (via cookies).
- Self-reported demographics such as age, gender and education.
- Self-reported firmographics such as job title and profession.
- Self-reported profile information such as technology usage, consumer preferences and ownership.
- System metrics such as survey status (completed, terminated) and time spent in a survey.

- To match you with surveys, invite you to research and reward your participation.

We may contact people who visited the Site or showed interest in our services. Every such communication includes a link to opt out, or you can contact us at support@myfrequentrewards.com.
07 Retention and accuracy
We work to keep personal information accurate, complete and reliable. In general, we keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the services you requested, or as long as needed to serve the third parties that engaged us. We may keep information longer where required by law, to resolve disputes or to enforce our agreements.
08 Protection of personal information
We use reasonable security measures — including encryption and authentication technology — to prevent loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we have no control over the security of other websites you visit.
If we learn of a security breach, we may notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Site and/or emailing you. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to receive written notice of a breach; to request one, contact us.
09 Your choices

11 Access, correction and deletion
You may access your information and ask us to correct, amend or delete it where it is inaccurate or has been processed improperly. 12 Users under 18 — parental acknowledgement
My Frequent Rewards recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of minors while allowing responsible participation in market research.
- Eligibility: individuals under 18 may register and take part in surveys after informing a parent or legal guardian about their participation.
- Parental acknowledgement: during registration, users under 18 may be asked for a valid parent/guardian email address, and an acknowledgement email may be sent to it. No mandatory parental verification is required for activation.
- Responsibility: by registering, users under 18 confirm they have informed their parent or guardian and that the guardian email is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided during registration.
- Parent/guardian rights: request details of the minor’s participation; object to or restrict use; request suspension or deletion of the account; or withdraw the acknowledgement — by writing to support@myfrequentrewards.com.
- Action on request: we may restrict, suspend or close the account, and associated personal information may be deleted or anonymised, subject to legal and operational requirements.
- Data protection: we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from minors without appropriate awareness; data is used strictly for research purposes.
13 Changes to this Policy
We may modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here, and material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the Site. Information is used in accordance with the Policy in effect when it was collected.
